About Me
My name is Jamilla Young
From an early age, I have always been creative and loved art. A way that I like to express art is through hair! I’m always paying attention to the details in hair designs, which inspires me to always be creative and learn something new. In 2024, I joined Certification School Worldwide (CSW), which had a natural hair class, and became a licensed Hair Barider. After receiving my certification, I felt like I had not learned enough. This passion led me to cosmetology school, where I can advance my knowledge in natural hair.

Booking Policies
I am only accepting 2 clients per day to ensure the best quality of each service and to manage my cosmetology class schedule, however, I will also accept clients outside of class hours. Any client with hair length past the shoulders, matted hair, and/or who is going to book for an interloc service must book before 11 am.
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required for all services to secure your spot.
There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving after this time will result in your appointment being canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel 1 hour before your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee, and your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, the latest time that you can reschedule is 2 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee.
All sales are final. If a hairstyle falls out of place or an error occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, I will fix it free of charge. Please contact me immediately so we can fix the issue as soon as possible.
While I am in school, I will be offering select add-on ser at no cost while I perfect my skills and techniques.
